This is Part 2 of a 2-Part series. Please bring your crochet materials from the Part 1 class and Granny Squares that you've created since then for this project, we will be joining all the Granny Squares as well as making a strap to construct a tote bag. If you're joining us for the first time, all crochet materials and instructions will be provided. If you are brand new to crochet, haven't picked up a hook in years, or simply want a little more guidance on those all important basic stitches this is the class for you. We will start with techniques for holding the yarn and the crochet hook before moving onto forming a few basic stitches including slip stitch, creating a chain, single crochet, half double crochet and double crochet. You will also be learning how to make a magic ring. Once you're comfortable, we will begin to crochet your very own star trinket dish. Crochet materials are included as well as a free small coffee or tea, up to 4pp. Additional drinks and food are available for purchase.
